Handprints and footprints!

It was a very busy weekend!  I went to Tuscumbia, AL on Saturday for Luke's 6th birthday party, to Red Bay on Sunday for Morgan's bridal shower, and had to leave the shower early to attend a funeral in Fulton of one of Doug's classmates.  Doug was a pallbearer.  There wasn't a minute to spare this weekend, but enjoyable times, except for the funeral.

Courtney and the kids came over last week to have Allie Ruth's hand prints and footprints done.  The pottery place in Tupelo does a nice job with them.  Courtney had Duncan's done when he was about this age and she wanted them to match.

First we went to lunch at Chick-fil-a but this little one had baby food.  She's a good little eater!

She was very good at the pottery place, not quite sure what was going on.

By the third set, she was getting a little tired of it!

Courtney also had Duncan's footprint and Allie Ruth's hand print done for a Christmas ornament.  Duncan wasn't happy about it at first but then he found out it wasn't bad!

Going to be some really cute pottery and great keepsakes for them and the grandparents!

They'll be ready in 6 to 8 weeks!
