Baby Reveal Party

I'll get back to my western trip, but I just had to post about this cute reveal party.  Kaydee is expecting her second child in July.  They already have Luke and Justin has two boys Jake and Ty.  So it was with much anticipation that we had the reveal party.

As before, Courtney did the sonogram and poor girl had to keep it a secret.  She is also the one who made the reveal box. 

The party was a couple of Saturdays ago.  I went over to Florence on Friday afternoon to help Karen and Kaydee get ready for the party.  I'm telling you, they really know how to throw a party!!  It was fun getting everything ready.

We dipped ice cream cones in pink and blue chocolate and stuffed them with cotton candy.

We signed onesies with name suggestions. 

We had a little bit of a Mardi Gras theme going on with pink and blue beads.

Top hats if you thought it was a boy and crowns if you thought it was a girl.

For some reason Luke has decided he wants to name the baby Treasure Box, so Karen bought Kaydee a necklace with a Treasure Box charm.  So cute!

Since Courtney knew that it was going to be a girl, she had a few things made for her.  Her name is going to be Darby Lynn, both family names. 

Coco is what Luke calls Courtney.  As luck would have it, Courtney's new married name is Channell!

We had finger foods in addition to all the sweets and topped it off with birthday cake to celebrate Morgan and Kaydee's birthdays.

We can hardly wait until July!
