Last Game of the Season

Cameron's last game of the season was Tuesday night.  His team didn't have a very good season and didn't have a very good coach.  It was a little frustrating but sometimes you play on a good team and have a good coach and sometimes you don't.  I guess they're both good learning experiences.

They lost their last game but Cameron scored all 3 of the points for their team. 

He was disappointed but that's just part of it when you play sports.  He was a good loser though!

Doug drove to Madison, WI on Tuesday to pick up a new "toy" he purchased on the internet.  It always makes me nervous when he's traveling that far away to meet a perfect stranger and is handing over cash!  I guess I watch too much Dateline!  Thankfully he picked Bob up in Rockford and Bob rode with him to get the car so he wasn't alone and the guy he bought it from was not a serial killer after all!  Doug drove part of the way home Tuesday, stopped in Springfield, IL and headed out yesterday morning.  The weather was terrible, snow and ice, and the roads were treacherous.  I'm SO thankful that he arrived home safely!  He drove 1,504 miles to pick that car up.  I just don't understand some of the things he does and I doubt I ever will!   I'll post pictures of his new toy soon.
