It was a very fun week for her and a great opportunity!
Doug left this morning heading to Illinois for Nostalgia Days. He will go to Indiana from there to meet up with his friend D.W. for some kind of race. He will be gone a week and a half so it's going to be really quiet around here!
The house is already extremely quiet without Bullet. Both of us sometimes think we hear him or expect to see him when we walk through the door. It will take a little getting used to. No more early wake up calls from him, no more pitter patter of his feet on the hardwood floors, no more loud snoring during the night, and nobody to clean up any food I've dropped! I sure do miss him!
